Description
The Certificate II in Leadership provides a pathway from the Certificate I in Leadership and expands the learners’ confidence, personal development, teamwork and employability skills. This course supports learners with their transition to employment, community participation or further education in Certificate II and III courses.

Packaging Rules
- All five (5) core units
- A selection of elective units within a range of 100-150 nominal hours
Elective units are allocated 100-150 nominal hours.
- Elective units can be imported from any Accredited Course or endorsed Training Package at AQF level 2
- A maximum of one (1) unit can be imported from any Accredited Course or endorsed Training Package at AQF level 1 or AQF level 3
Elective units should be relevant to the key client group, job outcome or local industry requirements and the qualification level. It is recommended that one elective unit should have a Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) focus.
