Elements and Performance Criteria
Investigate attributes of a team
- 1.1 Determine attributes of team members
- 1.2 Negotiate and record acceptable rules and behaviours within a team
Design and plan the team project
- 2.1 Evaluate team project ideas
- 2.2 Collaborate with team members to select team project
- 2.3 Work with team members to prepare project proposal
- 2.4 Determine roles and responsibilities to be undertaken in the project
- 2.5 Work collaboratively to develop an action plan
Participate in a team meeting
- 3.1 Identify types of meetings and their purpose
- 3.2 Participate in a meeting in accordance with agreed team rules and behaviours
- 3.3 Review and discuss delegated responsibilities
- 3.4 Complete meeting documentation
- 3.5 Use communication suited to the purpose and formality of the meeting
Implement the team project
- 4.1 Obtain required resources and information
- 4.2 Undertake delegated project tasks according to the action plan
