Description
The Certificate I in Leadership supports entry-level learners with their transition to employment, further education or community participation. This course is a bridging course for learners who need to develop employability skills and provides a pathway to the Certificate II in Leadership.

Packaging Rules
- All five (5) core units
- a selection of elective units within a range of 130-180 nominal hours
Elective units are allocated 130-180 nominal hours. See the table below for the suggested elective units.
- Elective units can be imported from either the suggested elective list below or any Accredited Course or endorsed Training Package qualification at AQF level 1.
- A maximum of one (1) unit of competency can be imported from either the suggested elective list below, or from any Accredited Course or endorsed Training Package qualification at either AQF level 1 or AQF level 3.
Elective units should be relevant to the key learner cohort, job outcome or local industry requirements and the qualification level. It is recommended that one elective unit should have a Workplace Health and Safety focus.
