Description
This Skill Set provides a set of skills for managers using the Performance Based Contract (PBC) management framework to ensure that Defence managers and other stakeholders within external organisations employ effective performance based measures in the management of strategic contracts.

The DEFSS00018 Performance Based Contracting Practitioner Skill Set is part of the DEF Defence Training Package Release 2.0. These units may provide credit towards the DEF40917 Certificate IV in Performance Based Contracting.
