Description
This skill set provides the basic skills and knowledge required to develop compost recipes and process waste from agricultural and horticultural activities to produce compost.

These units of competency can provide credit towards a range of qualifications and/or build on the skills and knowledge of previous qualifications attained from the AHC Agriculture, Horticulture and Conservation and Land Management Training Package.

Target Group
This skill set is for arborists, gardeners, small holding farms and landscapers who accumulate organic and compostable materials and wish to develop sustainable waste management practices.
