Target Group
Field kitchen assistants assist with the establishment and operation of a kitchen within a field environment.This skill set was designed for field kitchens in an operational environment that would be encountered in Defence operations and disaster sites but could be equally applicable to field kitchens in other settings such as fetes and markets.
