Description
This skill set addresses the skills and knowledge required to make props.
Pathway Information
The units provide credit towards CUA20220 Certificate II in Creative Industries, CUA30420 Certificate III in Live Production and Technical Services, CUA40420 Certificate IV in Live Production and Technical Services, CUA50420 Diploma of Live Production and Technical Services and other qualifications that allow for selection of these units.
Licensing / Regulatory Information
Sets and staging for some performances or events may fall within the definition of construction work.If so, people entering the construction site are required to complete the general induction training program specified by the Model Code of Practice: Construction work (Safe Work Australia 2018). The unit ‘CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry’ fulfils this requirement.
