Description
This skill set addresses the core transferable skills and knowledge required to improve client-based workplace processes and solve a range of introductory problems in information and communications technology (ICT) contexts.
Pathway Information
The units provide credit towards ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology and other qualifications that allow for selection of these units. The units in this skill set comprise some of the core units of ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology.
