Description
This skill set will provide participants with practical skills, knowledge and experience in preparing food and beverages including a comprehensive introduction to the kitchen, bar, and front of house work areas.

The unit SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol covers the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements for all staff engaged in the sale, supply or service of liquor under the Liquor Control Act 1988.
