Description
This skill set is designed to cover the skills and knowledge required to work in an operational role in the food processing industry. In this role, workers are required to work autonomously, use judgement, interpret information, and apply solutions to routine and some non-routine problems.

These units of competency provide credit towards a number of qualifications in the FBP Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Training Package, including:
