This skill set addresses the skills and knowledge required to identify opportunities where automation can be applied to improve procedural processes, activities, transitions and tasks in workplace contexts.
Pathway Information
The units provide credit towards ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology, and other qualifications from the ICP Printing and Graphic Arts and ICT Information and Communications Technology Training Packages that allow for selection of these units.
