Description

The completion of Certificate IV in Credit Control will enable the learner to work in a credit management area of either a large or small business. The graduate will be required to undertake a wide range of tasks and roles in a variety of credit management contexts. A significant understanding of legislation associated with credit management is expected in order to make decisions. Work would at times be carried out without direct supervision and there would be a degree of autonomy in decision making.
